TUITION AND FINANCIAL AID

Oak Hill Academy is an ideal answer for many families who have children with learning differences, but we understand that financing a private school education can feel cost-prohibitive. We are proud to have a school community that includes students from varying economic backgrounds. We strive to assist as many families as possible. Nearly 30% of our students receive tuition assistance at some level, based on circumstances unique to each family. We also offer tuition payment plan options.

Tuition and Payment Plans for school year 2025 – 2026

Financial Aid Applications for 2025-2026 will be posted to website January 5, 2025.

Financial Aid

All Oak Hill Academy families and prospective families are welcome to apply for financial aid. Those currently receiving financial aid/assistance are required to RE-APPLY EACH YEAR. Applicants will need to complete the FACTS tuition aid application to be considered eligible. A  $45 fee will be collected by FACTS to process your application. The Financial Aid Committee will review all applications and notify recipients of potential award and/or amount of the award.

New this year: IRS Integration
In order to make the financial aid process easier for families, FACTS has implemented IRS Integration so that applicants can now securely retrieve their tax transcripts directly from the IRS, eliminating the need to manually scan and upload sensitive financial documents. This will also speed up the time for FACTS to verify your documents which normally takes 2 weeks. Simply follow the prompts in the application and once you get to the section: “Required Documents” click on the “Learn More” link.

If you have any questions about the financial aid application process, please contact our registrar at registrar@oakhillacademy.org. Prospective family applications will be reviewed by the Financial Aid Committee once a student has been offered placement through the admissions process. If you have not contacted our Admissions Office to initiate the admissions process, you may do so by completing our Inquiry Form.

*Applications received after February 9 will be subject to available funds. Prospective families may still apply after February 9 and will be considered for awards based on fund availability.
